How does the deposit work?
Your reservation is secured with a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% balance will be collected prior to fulfillment, which is scheduled to begin in August 2026.
Can I cancel and receive a refund?
Yes. Orders may be canceled for a full refund within the reservation window from April 16 to April 29, 2026. After this period, deposits become non-refundable, as quantities are allocated and reserved specifically for each customer.
