Well worth it in case something goes wrong. So far nothing has, but it’s good to know that it’s there if needed. 👍

I haven't had to call on this yet - FWP's Fulfilment Centre does a great job and uses Royal Mail, so things tend not to get lost - however it's great to know it's there if you need it.

I'm trying to return an item. And for 3 days no one is responding to me.
The communication is fast and quick when you try to buy, but when I want to return something, no one is responding, although I've tried emailing, collecting through the contract us forms and every possible way when through Shopify

No idea why paying for a ‘shipping guarantee’ is necessary. It’s a scam for FWP to get more money out of customers who are already paying premium for their products and shipping! My inks arrived wrapped in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box- no packing foam/paper or padding to prevent them potentially being smashed by a careless delivery driver! Because of this money grab I’m unlikely to order from FWP again as this practice does not honour the customer or show good faith.
